SHIPMENT

Processing Time: Your package may take up to 5 business days to process and ship. You will receive a notification email with tracking when it ships.

  • We do not make changes to the address once shipped.
  • An email with tracking number will be sent when it is shipped.
  • If you do not receive the email, your order is still in process.
  • Packages returned for insufficient addresses will be refunded, less shipping cost.

Mindsetcluw is not responsible for items that are shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses.

If an item is rejected by DHL or Customs and returned to our fulfillment center, a refund will be issued to you, less the shipping fee.

Mindsetcluw has a no refund or exchange policy due to the merchandise being a limited time offer/quantity. This is because each drop has limited quantities and is also available for a limited time.
